Founded in 1976, the International Hip Society was established for the development and dissemination of knowledge, research and study on the afflictions of the hip. To provide appropriate educational setting that will maintain the highest level of professional standards that will lead to continuous advances in professional knowledge and treatment of disorders of the hip.
